What we are for.

  1. Our mission

To empower people to recognise their potential, take ownership of their growth and create meaningful progress in their personal and professional lives.

  2. Our goal

To help people move from where they are to where they know they can be — with the mindset, confidence, self-awareness and practical tools to take the next meaningful step.

  3. Why we do it

Because one conversation, one opportunity or one person believing in you can change the trajectory of a life. We do not believe that someone’s starting point should determine their destination.

  4. Our vision

A world where people are confident in who they are, intentional about where they are going, and empowered to create meaningful lives and careers — particularly those facing additional barriers because of background, migration journey or life circumstance.

Three kinds of work.

Personal growth, working life and community. What connects them is where each one starts: with what a person is capable of, not with what their circumstances currently allow.

Personal transformation

Self-awareness, confidence, mindset, resilience and personal responsibility.

Career & leadership

Career progression, leadership, professional development, workplace success and navigating barriers.

Community impact

Domestic-abuse awareness, survivor empowerment, migrant and ethnic-minority communities, advocacy and speaking.

Turning Experience Into Impact

I believe people are capable of more than their circumstances sometimes allow them to see.

But my greatest measure of impact is not what I deliver — it is what changes for people afterwards.

  • A new career direction.
  • A courageous decision.
  • A voice finally heard.
  • A life rebuilt.
  • A future that suddenly feels possible.

Why Work With Me?

Because I understand that meaningful change begins with people.

I bring professional credibility, lived experience, authenticity and a genuine connection with diverse communities — creating spaces where people feel seen, challenged, empowered and ready to take their next step.

I don't just want to inspire change.
I want to help make change possible.

Advocacy at national level

Participation in domestic-abuse awareness and Violence Against Women initiatives, including engagement with survivors and awareness events at the Scottish Parliament.

How we protect the people in these stories.

Publishing an account of abuse can put the person who lived it at risk. Everything below is how that risk is kept down, and any one of these women can change her mind at any time.

Consent, and the right to withdraw

Written, informed consent for every person, covering exactly what is published. Withdraw at any time and the story comes down.

No photographs, and no full names

A first name only, or none at all, and an illustrated portrait rather than a real photograph. Nothing here identifies a home, a workplace or a family.

Nobody hears her real voice

A voice can be recognised by anyone who knows her. So no film uses one. Every account is her own words, read aloud by a synthetic voice, and each player says so on screen before you press play.

Handled lawfully

We follow UK data-protection law: we collect only what is needed, keep it secure, and never share it without permission.

Invite Lola to speak.

Speaking engagements, workshops, community conversations and development initiatives, on personal growth, career progression, leadership, and the realities faced by migrant and ethnic-minority communities.

Need support rather than a speaker? Write to imisi@eliteceo.co.uk. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. Scotland’s Domestic Abuse and Forced Marriage Helpline is 0800 027 1234, free and open 24 hours.

Partner or fund the work.

Some of this work is paid for by the organisation that books it. The rest is covered by someone else, so the person in the room does not have to pay.

  • Bring a session to your people

A workshop or a talk for a team, a staff network or a community group.

  • Cover a place for someone else

Pay for a session for a group or a person who could not otherwise be in the room.

  • Offer a room or an audience

Host one of the community conversations, or put it in front of an audience you already have.
